Electronic journals

The EZB Elektronische Zeitschriftenbibliothek (i.e. electronic journals library) is available to you to make use of electronic journals. Here, E-journals licensed for use by people affiliated with the LUH are listed as well as scientific journals in the Internet which are free of charge and freely accessible.
The EZB is a cooperative project that was initiated by the UB (i.e. university library) of Regensburg and on which numerous scientific libraries are actively working.

Access to the individual journal titles is made through:

With (nearly) all journals that are listed in the EZB you are able:

To view the respective journal table of contents
To read the abstracts of the contained articles
To use search services for research in individual or all online journals of the provider
To receive notification via an e-mail message service about newly published issues of select journal titles

That is why it is worth it to use the journal titles marked red (= those which are not subscribed to by the own institution) through the EZB.

You can also call up all of the licensed and a selection of the freely available electronic journals through our catalogue. Moreover, all electronic journals are also listed in the
ZDB Zeitschriftendatenbank (i.e. journals database).

But for special research you should use the specialized data banks through your relevant specialized department.
