Article delivery service

Beneficiaries
Only people affiliated to the LUH (staff and students) can make use of our service subject to the following conditions (for the catalogue). For all others who visit our building we recommend GetInfo, the document delivery service of the TIB Hannover.

Collections which can be ordered
Full articles from journals and anthologies located in building 2 (older than 4 years as a rule)

Fees
The price for an article (up to 50 pages) is € 1.00. Every additional page will be charged 0, 50 €.
Attention: Only complete articles are delivered, no partial deliveries.
The fees are booked on your fee account. Payment is to be made as soon as possible at one of the circulations desks.

Ordering instructions
Orders can only be made for titles which have the special order function in the catalogue. Clicking on it opens the order form. A minimum of the marked fields must be filled out in the electronic order form. The most accurate and complete information possible means the fastest delivery.
It is mandatory to indicate your e-mail address to which a possible negative reply would be sent. (Order forms without an e-mail address cannot be processed.)
The e-mail address can be stored in your user records. Please ask at one of the circulations desks of the TIB/UB about this.

Only one article per order.

Delivery
The journal articles are delivered within 3 working days (not including Saturday) following submission of the order.
A paper printout of the journal article is made available at the circulation desk of the TIB/UB (Building 1 Welfengarten 1B) for pickup. Staff of the LUH receive a paper printout delivered per internal mail.
