The TIB/UB is a place for studying and working, but also a social meeting place and a place to relax between learning periods.

In order to satisfy the different needs of our users we offer various kinds of study environments. Our spaces comprise group study rooms for social learning, quiet workstations for individual study, and also rooms for relaxed study breaks.In our rooms we offer you access to literature and specialized information in printed and electronic form as well as modern equipment to make efficient studying and working possible.In addition to that we also make available to you a constantly growing range of online study materials with tips and tricks about how to use the library.This is rounded off by a diverse range of counselling and training resources.
