eLearning helpdesk
You cannot imagine a students' ordinary course of learning without digital media. Remote access to Stud.IP, electronic course reserves, databases, e-journals and e-books as well as working with WLAN on campus already belong to the normal course of life.
Many students are interested in working with digital media. However some do have questions and problems with the use of these new offers.
For this purpose the TIB/UB offers in cooperation with the eLearning service department (elsa) a new service: the e-learning-helpdesk.
From Monday to Friday between 11:00h and 16:00h the employees of our helpdesk are at your disposal. You will find them at tow locations:
Building 1:
At the new service area on the ground floor.
Specialized libraries Königsworther Platz:
Next to the information on the ground floor.

- Stud.IP: registration and use
- Basics of the Online-Services of Leibniz University: IdM and online-portal
- Wireless Lan: set up for campus use (WLAN)
- Location-independent working: access to the digital library (VPN)
- Workstations at TIB/UB: save, print, scan
- Reference management: Citavi and others
